Boost Your Energy with ginger Cordial

this is the recipe for 4 person :
8 ounces dried apricots
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
4 cloves
2 1/2 cups ginger ale
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Stew apricots and spice in enough water to cover untill soft. Blend i a food processor or blender untill smooth. Add ginger ale and reheat. Add lemon juice to taste and serve heatproof glasses
