  3. eat at least one serving of fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids every week.
A recent study showed that consuming oily fish at least once per week was assosiated with a 50 percent reduction in the odds of developing AMD.

  4. Top up with antioxidant nutrients
In addition to eating a healthy diet, you may want to add extra vitamins, such as A, C, E and beta-carotene. Also consider antioxidant minerals like selenium and zinc, and omeg-3 oils.

Rose Petals

rosePound the rose petals in a pestle and mortar adding the rosewater drop by drop until you have a mask-like, not too runny consistency. Lie down somewhere peacefull and scope a small handful of the pounded roses onto each closed eye; pat into place. Relax and dream for 15-20 minutes, then swish the roses away with water. your eyes will feel calmer and more soothed. as an effective, de-puffing variation on this, use a few drops of cucumber juice in place of the rosewater while you pound the roses.

Other TIPS :
If eyes are puffy in the morning, reach for a cube of ice. Wrap it in cling-film and use it to massage away eye bags, working in an outward direction. The cold will quickly reduce the swelling.
