Boring? Let's play Games...

Last time, when the develpoment of technology not like now, all peoples playing offline games, such as marbles, cards, balls, and so on..But to play all of those games, they need a lot of friends, need really free times otherwise their own job will not done properly...

Some of childrens after finish their school and their homework, they will invite their friends to play together...it's really terrible when they are enjoying to play..their times is not much and their parents ask them to go home, they will be feel bore again...but now, with online games they can play whenever and wherever they have free times, not only for children...online games also available for adult..after they go home from work or they have free times to play wherever they are.y And with playing online games, also will be easier for us to arrange the time so that we can do everything more comfortamble and we can care our health to get more enough rest and we can enjoy it eveytimes when we feel boring.

detect the health of your hair

but scientists from Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah,states of hair can be used to detect a difference in someone food.

Results of analysis conducted on the hair can be used to detect deviation eating patterns, such as when a known aberration enough food quite difficult to detect.In studies, the researchers say they have developed a research to know it Carbon and nitrogen in the hair can indicate Anorexia nervosa or bulimia in someone.
"The body, especially your hair can record your eating habits. Along with the growth of hair at the same time with automatic increase in new protein.Well, protein is affected by any food that you consume.
So, each strand of hair that is in the head like 'diary' to record the chemical nutrients that your daily consumption, "said Kent Hatch, sisten Science Biology professor at BYU.

"The purpose of this study is to see the differences between the molecular patterns of each person with the symptoms of eating disturbances, although only five strand of hair,"Hatch added that hope not only analyze the interference but also help monitor the healing.

Results of research published in the journal Rapid Communications Mass Spectrometry, this will still be developed further,According to the National Institutes of Health United States, more than 90 percent of patients experienced interference pattern eating women age 12 to 25 years.

But latest research shows an increase in symptoms of adult women. Without adequate treatment,deviation of this pattern of eating will escalate malnutrition,problems related to heart and other fatal complications.

Herbal Hair Care

--> Be Safe : Test Before Use
Before trying any new herb concoction on your scalp, dab a bit on the inside pf your elbow and cover it with a plastic bandage. If you don't see or feel any allergic reaction after 24 hours, the preparation probably is safe to use on your head.

--> Choose the Right Herb for the Job
When preparing herbal hair treatments, be sure to use the right herb for your hair type. For dry hair, try geranium and sage. For oily hair, use lavender, lemon, or rosemary. For body and luster try parsley, watercress, or basil. To treat dandruff, opt for eucalyptus, thyme and peppermint. For scalp irritation, choose chamomile and comfrey.

--> Make Your Own Castile Shampoo
Make 1 quart of herbal infusion by pouring 4 cups boiling water over 5 tablespoons of drued herbs, or use two big handfuls of fresh herbs. Cover and steep for 30 minutes. Strain out solids; add 4 ounces of castile soap and stir. This will keep for a couple of weeks in the refridgerator.

Between shampoos or when travelling, ill or in a hurry, try this dry "shampoo". Part off sections of your hair in rows and sprinkle arrowroot powder on your hair and scalp. Work it in with your fingers. Leave it on for a few minutes to absorb hair oils, and then brush your hair thoroughly until shines.

Aloe Vera gel from frshly cut leaves serves as a setting gel; it leaves hair shiny, dries quikly and tames curly hair. Use the gel as you would any setting gel, or try it as a mousse, letting the aloe dry on the hair, then brushing as you blow-dry.

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp rum

>> Combine ingrediants in a bowl, mashing to form a paste.
>> Massage mixture through dry hair and wrap with a hot towel. Leave for 1 minutes.
