Put your emotions on a diet

Think of "mind detox" as being like a weight-loss program. You are going change your emotional diet, switching for eating junk to healthy, empowering foods.
  • Sweet, carbonated drinks of hurt, with no redeeming qualities at all, are banned.
  • calorie rich foods of hate and blame aren't allowed. And if you do occasionally go out and binge, detoxify your self as soon as you can.
  • Refuse to stuff yourself with creamy pastry of self-pity
  • Exercise your muscles of self-awareness and slowly develop tone and fitness
  • Begin to understand deeply the consequences of your indulgences and deviations
Will the process be easy? maybe not but with time, you will start to feel good about yourself. As the flab of self-limiting beliefs starts diminishing, you'll experiment with new styles of dressing and relationships. To your surprise, each one will suit you.
